Our Story, Vision and Mission
Olivaz Coffee Limited was established in 2016 as a supplier of coffee to Uganda Coffee Development Authority. We stared in a small village nested on the slopes of Mount. Elgon 2000 meters above sea level. This is where the spirit of family, tradition and community come alive in every sip and the story continues to be written one cup at a time.
Vision:
Envisioning a world where every cup of coffee embodies the essence of excellence and sustainability from the farm to the cup.
Mission:
We empower farmers to strive while elevating the coffee experience by sourcing high-quality beans from sustainable and ethical farms and delivering exceptional value to our customers, farmers, and communities.
Coffee Processing Stages
At the heart of our company is a deep respect for the journey of coffee—from the hands of dedicated farmers to your perfect cup. We’re passionate about processing high-quality beans with precision, sustainability, and a love for the craft. Every batch tells a story. Every sip reflects our commitment.

Nursery Beds
Seeds are planted in bags or beds to grow seedlings

Plant and Harvest
Healthy seedlings are moved to the field after 4–6 months and then harvested.

Post-Harvest Processing
Washing, Drying and Hullying.

Hulling and Milling
Remove parchment or dried husk then grading and sort.

Quality Control
Sample batches are roasted and cupped to assess flavor, aroma, and defects.

Packaging & Storage
Beans are packed in jute or hermetic bags.
